Chelsea + Loren | Married – Part 1 | Rochester, IN Wedding Photographer

Chelsea and I have been friends for 8 years and were college roommates my senior year. She was one of the first friends that I met after transferring from DePauw to Purdue (Boiler Up!!!).

You may remember seeing Loren propose to Chelsea right here on the blog last year. If you missed it, you can see see it here and read all about Loren’s ridiculously amazing / elaborate plan to make it all happen.

Chelsea + Loren are both from northern Indiana, so they decided to get hitched at The Cross in Rochester. The girls started their day early – 7:30a to be exact!  They had a relaxed morning with plenty of time to get ready, and the maid of honor’s mom made an amazing breakfast spread.

PINPINPINLoren has a shirt that says My girlfriend’s a hot nurse. So, Chelsea thought it was fitting to get him a new one!:)PINPINPINPINPINPINPINPINPINChelsea + Loren opted to do a first look!  It was ever-so-slightly drizzling right before they saw each other for the first time.  But, it stopped for a little while, and we were able to get some shots of them outside before the ceremony started.PINPINLove this shot that my second photographer, Ryan, captured during the first look.PINPINPINPINPINPINPINPINPINPINSometime during the ceremony, it started raining….actually it was pouring.  Thankfully, Chelsea + Loren did a first look, which allowed us to get some shots of them outside with the pretty fall colors.PINLuckily the church had an awning covering the entrance, so Chelsea + Loren were still able to have their bubble exit. Yay!PINStay tuned tomorrow for part 2!
