The Scratchtruck is a mobile kitchen that serves modern comfort food. Sure, you can get a burger anywhere, but have you ever had one with bacon marmalade, arugula and gorgonzola cheese, served out of an awesome red truck? Probably not. I suggest you visit the Scratchtruck as soon as possible and try one. Oh, and did I mention that the Scratchtruck will be at different locations around Indy each day? Where else can you get gourmet, modern comfort food that comes to you? And it’s reasonably priced, too!

The Scratch Burger is a 1/3 lb custom ground burger topped with bacon marmalade, arugula and gorgonzola cheese, served on a fresh, toasted soft roll.The Spicy Chicken Cone is made with hand-breaded, spicy chicken tenders, accompanied with mango-jalapeno coleslaw and ancho chile aioli, served in a flour tortilla cone.A year ago, Matt was laid off from his corporate job. It was then that he realized he wanted to pursue his dream and passion. When one door closes, another one opens…Matt & Darcie’s daughter, Isabella, had a blast…even in the rain.
