Reflections | 52 of Twenty Eleven
Since it has been raining allllll week, I knew I wanted to get a shot of a reflection in a puddle. I wasn’t sure where I wanted to go, or what exactly I wanted to shoot…just knew it had to have a puddle in it. Ryan and I went to southern Indiana this weekend for Easter, and we drove on back roads looking for puddles of water.
Since it rained all day, you can barely see the sunset peeking through the clouds. But, I like how it turned out.

Cali girl is making another appearance on the blog! We grilled out on one of the only nice days this week, and Cali was waiting by the grill for any morsel of food to fall so she could snatch it up. When Cali is outside, the last thing she wants to do is sit still, so it was a little challenging getting a shot of her.
I had to resort to grabbing a pig’s ear and holding it hostage above my head to get her to pay attention to me. Our sweet little 93-year-old [maybe she’s 92 or 94…I’m not sure] neighbor comes over every day and gives Cali a pig’s ear…and she asks permission every single time. I’m not sure if she’s forgetful or just super polite.
She and our other 93-year old [maybe she’s also 92 or 94…I’m not sure] neighbor go on a walk around the neighborhood almost every day. They take pig’s ears to all of the neighborhood dogs too. Seriously, you’d never know they were in their 90s. Okay, that was a bit of a tangent…oops!
